Shipping

Please read the following carefully to get accurate information on when and how your order will be shipped and an idea of when your order will arrive.
Orders that are received before 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will generally be shipped out the same day. We make every effort to ship orders received after 12:30 pm PST that same day or the next business day.
IVFHS ships domestically and internationally via USPS first priority mail /FeDex (on special demands) Monday through Friday (certain holidays excepted). Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may also be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Please note that shipments via USPS are only sent out three times a week.
Shipment  and handling fees will be calculated automatically at check-out.

Customs

Please check with the Customs Service and other regulatory agencies of your country regarding the importation of Chinese herbs to ensure prompt delivery of your order. Some countries require special permits or other documentation for importation. IVF HS does not take responsibility for packages that are delayed, detained, or refused by Customs or other regulatory agencies. For assistance with your international shipment, please use our helpdesk.

Return of Non-Defective Goods

Except for goods returned pursuant to the Limited Warranty of these Terms and Conditions, no returns will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date or without IVF HS prior authorization,package must be closed and sealed  as shipped .and such returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Deliveries are supplied Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm (Pacific Standard Time)
